With Latch Perfect Tongue Tie Specialist, you can enjoy convenient tongue tie and infant feeding appointments across the West Midlands, Worcestershire, Warwickshire, and Oxfordshire, all from the comfort of your home.

Sadly, not all NHS trusts offer a tongue tie service, and with the current pressures and staff shortages in maternity care, parents are experiencing frustratingly long waits—sometimes 4–8 weeks or more—for an assessment, depending on where they live. This often leaves families feeling they have no option but to change their feeding plans. My aim is to provide home visits, bringing comfort and familiarity to your own space, with relaxed appointments that allow plenty of time for questions and for baby to feed.

My Story

Experiencing my own 3 pregnancies and births I decided to start my midwifery journey at Worcester University in 2012, qualifying as a registered Midwife in 2015. I have since left the NHS to concentrate on supporting families along their tongue tie journey. I continue to be an NMC registered midwife with over a decade of extensive experience within all areas of maternity services.

 

Specialising in 2022 in Advanced clinical skills in Tongue tie (Ankyloglossia) at Masters level 7 Wolverhampton University and becoming a student of Craniosacral Therapy CST1 adults in September 2024.

I’m working toward becoming an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC).
